Hutchison, Joseph
Joseph Hutchison, Colorado Poet Laureate (2014-2019), is the author of 19 poetry collections, including the bilingual, illustrated 'Eyes of the Cuervo/Ojos del Crow,' translated by Patricia Herminia; 'The World As Is: New & Selected Poems, 1972-2015'; and 'Marked Men.' His poems have appeared recently in Copper Nickel, Cigar City Poetry Journal, Poetry Salzburg Review, The Lampeter Review, and North Dakota Quarterly, as well as in the anthology "Ripple Effect." He directs online graduate programs for working adults in Professional Creative Writing and Arts & Culture Management at the University of Denver’s University College and lives southwest of Denver with his wife, Melody Madonna.
