Dancing clouds shape dreams
Streaking sun warms summer's grass
Universal peace
My child's final wish
Grantable, toddler's wanting
My wish not allowed
Tulip skirts flare out
Men, hopeful pollinators
Cheer warmer weather
For Love, Happiness
Clear Endless Montana Skies
My Eternal Greed
Sunlight magnified
Drops of dew on fallen leaves
Bubbles of delight
A sprawling green sea
Twinkling lights scooped up by birds
Singing with delight
Old blue dragonfly
Floats unseen along water
Currents of my dreams
Unbothered blossom
Tragically transient
Unworshipped wonder
Muddy shoes splashing
Raincoats dripping with laughter
Burgundy leaves dance
Bees pack their hind legs
with pollen from the Daisy
Honey badger smiles
ribbon of silver
sky tangles high-rise dreams whirl
balloon hearts take flight
Thankful November
guests eating prodigiously
leave after the meal
Laughter fills the air
As children run through tall grass
Small hands graze the blades
Twisted are my thoughts
Like branches from the forest
Yet budding with hope
I dream while night sleeps
stars come and drink from my hand
love simple abounds
still, heat thickened air
ripe peaches languish in trees
dreaming of the fall
I run with the fish
swim with birds and fly with toads
My dreams hold me tight
fresh washed sheets, sun-dried
crisp and summer-breeze scented
promise serene dreams
On my drive to work
I dream beyond the highway
But here's my exit.
present this moment
sun slips across horizon
I stand and wonder
Wanting inner peace
Corner stones of the moment
Following the dream
spring time at the lakes
the brothers squeal in delight
while catching tadpoles
Rustling leaves whisper
Exposes hidden silence
Moon appears to smile
Butterfly wings flap
Touch base on zinnia sweets
Spirits soar, hope sprouts
smiling summer falls
autumnal leaves pale and pass
weary winter springs
Your smile is honey
Like a bee I need my fix
Too sweet to resist
Painted smile faded
Aging dolls with sightless eyes
Dusty lost to time
Crickets chirp madly
Leaves brown upon thin branches
Hope lives in fair nights
Hello, little sprout
Filling me with quiet joy
My smile grows with you
after life's battles
when all the hate is consumed
only hope remains
Blue cups chip and break
Tea and dreams dribble away,
nothing to hold them.
Breezes in the trees
Testify to happiness
Once again renewed
Muggy summer air
Any thought of breeze is stalled
Trees dream of swaying
Snow falls on Mt. Hope
In the mirror the old face
Looking back is me.
Life wanes, hope dwindles,
Imprisoned by exhaustion -
No chance of parole.
Words flowing from mind
Touching people I don't know
Hoping to inspire
